When to Request Roof Leak Repair
A leak rarely starts where the stain appears on the ceiling. Water travels along the underside of the roof deck and rafters before it drops, so a good repair starts with finding the true entry point, not just patching the wet spot. Common culprits include failed flashing, cracked or lifted shingles, worn pipe boots, and clogged or backed-up valleys.
